The Superhero Project Exhibit at the Animation Guild

April 8 - April 28

TAG animation artists from favorite TV shows and movies have created posters of superhero personas for youth impacted by serious illnesses and disabilities of all kinds. These superhero depictions are based on interviews with kids and teens about who they are beyond their diagnosis and how they want to make a positive difference in the world—their superhero mission. The result is a visual representation of their strength, courage, creativity, and resilience.

The public is welcome to visit the gallery for the remainder of April during business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), but visitors must make requests in advance. Please email [email protected].

The Superhero Project Executive Director Lisa Kollins says: “We’re amazed at the continued generosity of the creative community and the kindness of the TAG artists. Their talent, thoughtfulness, and humor have brought our superkids’ visions to life. We are truly grateful that, even during such a complicated time, they have opened their hearts to the deserving children and teens we support.” The exhibit will include more than 30 animation artists, many of whom will be in attendance at the opening reception.
