Call for Directors: Conundrum Theatre Company

Call For Directors “We’re looking for experienced directors with a strong point of view and a show they’re passionate about bringing to life for our 2026 Mainstage Season.
We’re looking for passionate, visionary directors with a clear, compelling concept for a full-scale production. Whether you’re drawn to classic works, bold reimaginings, or underrepresented gems, we want to hear your pitch.
Tell us what excites you about the piece, how you plan to bring it to life, and why it belongs on our stage. This is your opportunity to shape a season that reflects diverse voices, meaningful storytelling, and inventive theatricality.
Resumes and pitch decks can be emailed to info@conundrumtheatreco.com
Submission Deadline: July 5, 2025
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdUnALkffBvmlpwqqyJmTlZizvXDD2kv0UahS6LQVegBjfrjA/viewform
Please Note:
Submitting a pitch does not guarantee selection as a director, even if the show you propose is chosen for our season. Final programming and director assignments are based on a variety of factors, including company needs, scheduling, and team dynamics. We deeply value every submission and appreciate the time and thought you put into your proposal.
