CALL FOR ARTISTS: “We HeART Nature” at the Stough Canyon Nature Center

The Stough Canyon Nature Center will be hosting its first ever art exhibition titled, We heART Nature. The City of Burbank Parks and Recreation Department strives to offer a variety of art experiences and opportunities throughout the local arts community. The purpose of We heART Nature is to offer another opportunity for artists to showcase their artwork in a unique setting celebrating the theme nature.
Opening Date: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2025,
Closing Date: SUNDAY, MARCH 16, 2025.
Gallery Acceptance
Display space is limited. All submissions are subject to a selection process and will be juried for awards. Please limit your submission to only one piece for consideration. All work must be appropriate for viewers of all ages as this Gallery is part of a the Stough Canyon Nature Center. Artwork may be on any nature-related subject or theme, however, artwork including vulgarity, gratuitous violence, or material that may
be considered offensive will be disqualified. To submit artwork for consideration, register at burbankparks.com and pay the nonrefundable $10 application fee. The initial submission will be digital only. Following registration, please email up to 2 high-resolution digital images of your submission to
naturecenter@burbankca.gov. If your piece is selected, delivery of the physical artwork
will be accepted February 17, 2025.
