CALL FOR ARTISTS (Paid Opportunity): The Elephant Parade – DUE MAY 31

This upcoming summer, Visit Burbank is bringing the world’s largest art exhibit of painted and decorated elephant statues, known as the Elephant Parade, to Burbank. The City’s Burbank Cultural Arts Commission is excited announce its partnership with Visit Burbank by sponsoring an elephant to be painted and displayed.
Artists will be selected through a competitive process.
Submissions will be reviewed by the Burbank Cultural Arts Commission, Visit Burbank, and Elephant Parade International.
Artist will receive a stipend of $2,500. The stipend is all-inclusive and must cover every cost incurred by the artist in the course of designing and installing the artwork.
Applications are now being accepted.

There is a very tight schedule, please be sure to review before submitting an application.
