Bio: “Robots on Parade”, shows an eclectic group of robots play their instruments for the joy of music and to entertain their friends and neighbors. Like the residents of Burbank, the subjects are an artsy and diverse group, engaged in the entertainment of the greater population. Chad feels that public art can not only beautify the necessary industrial elements of our society, but when best used, interrupt the everyday thought patterns everyone falls into. A thought interruption could lead to new ideas, novel solutions, or at least provide a moment of reprieve from daily stress. If you look closely, you’ll notice that Chad included a pair of green parrots that have become a common sight in the skies of Burbank.
