Enjoy a lively performance of Halloween-themed music\, and come early for a cookie from THE CAPITAL GRILLE and specialty coffee drinks from the BUSY AND BUMBLING COFFEE CART. The evening also features our popular Best Costume Contest – and it’s not just for kids! Children\, teens\, and adults are all encouraged to dress up and join the fun\, with prizes for all ages.
