Focus will be on “black artists using Art as a skeleton key to facilitate an awesome life.” \nModerator and Panelists \n\nModerator—David Mack: Executive Director Invertigo Dance Theatre\n\nCurrently the Executive Director of Invertigo Dance Theatre\, David Mack has managed some of LA’s most innovative arts organizations\, including: The Industry\, Watts Village Theatre Company\, and Heidi Duckler Dance. In addition\, he has consulted for many arts and civic organizations throughout LA\, including: the City of West Hollywood\, the City of Santa Monica’s SSI Initiative\, Center Theatre Group\, L.A. Dance Project\, DIAVOLO | Architecture in Motion and Ate9 Dance Company. A Southern California Leadership Network fellow\, Mack currently serves on the Board of Western Arts Alliance and Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture Cultural Equity and Inclusion Initiative Advisory Committee.\n\n\n\n\nCade Hollingsworth: Owner of LGCYprod\, Video/Photographer\n\nCade Hollingsworth (Business owner\, video/photographer) has worked in a number of fields\, in which he acquired many skills– some of which are: commercial fishing\, electrical engineering\, real estate\, among others. Having had his production company (LGCY prod)  for over a year now he has found all of those skills being used every day. ” LGCY prod ” is a growing production company based out of Burbank California. The business offers videography\, photography\, editing\, music production and digital design with plans to expand into more realms. The idea behind this company is to collaborate with artists and businesses and help them gain the confidence and portfolio to pursue whatever path they are taking.\nCade has worked on sets and done projects with major artists like Thutmose and record labels like Blakball\, and is currently working with local artists. Some of their work can be found on their YouTube page “LGCY Productions”\, or on the company’s Instagram “lgcyprod”. After high school he looked for what was paying the most\, what would set me up best for his future financially. Then he did those things\, they were fun\, they paid well\, but they weren’t jobs he loved. He is currently building his career in the creative arts. It allows him to use the many skills he possesses while being free mentally and physically.\n\n\n\n\nDawn Robinson-Patrick: Performing Arts Curator\n\nDawn Robinson-Patrick is a passionate arts advocate with over 20 years of experience in arts administration\, event management and creative consultation. Her work is specifically focused on program development for cultural arts organizations\, government agencies and nonprofits that align with diversity\, equity\, and inclusion initiatives. Robinson-Patrick has held management roles with notable arts organizations including\, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts\, Brooklyn Academy of Music\, San Francisco Jazz\, Alonzo King’s Lines Ballet\, Brava Theater Center\, Broward County Cultural Arts and The Ford Theatres among others. Robinson-Patrick also has a long history in the arts as a contemporary modern dance performer\, teacher and choreographer. Her collaborative work has brought her to the American Arts Exchange Festival in Adelaide\, Australia\, Freedance Festival in Kiev\, Ukraine and Dialogue de Corps Festival in Ouagadougou\, Burkina Faso\, Africa. Her performance background highly influences her desire to support\, promote and cultivate the arts community and its creative expression as an avenue for social and political change.\n\n\n\n\nTrina Robinson-Kemie: Owner of Rock Star Dance Fitness\, Founder of RS Confidence Academy Non-Profit Organization\, Fitness and Dance Professional\n\nTrina was raised in Miami\, Florida were she started dancing at the age of three. Her training begin with ballet\, modern\, jazz\, tap and gymnastics. She has been a part of a performing arts programs from junior high to high schools attending a Magnet Schools always participating in performances in addition to choreographing concerts\, recitals\, festivals\, corporate parties and private parties in Miami as well as throughout the Caribbean performing Calypso\, Soca\, Jamaican Folklore\, Afro Haitian and Afro Caribbean.\nAfter leaving Miami\, Trina also studied performing arts & theater at Point Park University in Pittsburgh\, PA where she received her Bachelors of Performing Arts Degree with a concentration in Dance Choreography\, Dance History\, Kinesiology and Anatomy.\nAfter graduating and receiving her BA degree\, she went to New York City to study at the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater School where she studied dance techniques such as Classical Ballet\, Dunham\, Graham\, Horton\, Limon’ and many more.\nTrina performed on and off-Broadway shows\, as well as Moulin Rouge at the Cannes Film Festival in France launching her Can-Can workout on Oxygen Network\, ABC\, NBC on the Today show.\nWhile performing and traveling she also worked as a fitness professional teaching group fitness and as a personal trainer for over 18 years. She has trained and instructed for top fitness gyms in the nation including Crunch Fitness\, Equinox Fitness\, Golds Gym\, New York Sports Club\, Bodies in Motion and taught at Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio where she taught her signature style Afro-Caribbean House Funk.\nTrina is also a SAG union actress. She has performed in several plays\, commercials\,TV series\, print work including MTV movie awards and danced in music videos.\nShe has been certified in Cardio Kickboxing\, Post Rehabilitation\, Pre-and Post Natal\, Stretch and Personal training.\nDance and Fitness has always been a part of Trina’s life \, and she so excited to launch her company Rock Star Dance Fitness \, her Non-Profit RS Confidence Academy and her own fitness brand Afro-Caribbean Grooves Fitness.\n\n\n\n\nJamie Young-Eke: Senior Account Executive at Entercom and Board Member of Musicians at Play\n\nJamie Young-Eke is an accomplished Executive and Media Sales Leader with vast experience driving revenue by formulating strategies that effectively develop creative solutions to deliver results. She currently works for Entercom Communications and holds the position of Senior Account Executive. Her background includes strategic planning\, project management and relationship building aiming to increase revenue and brand awareness for a diverse range of multi-million dollar clientele. She has continuously met stringent sales objectives\, repeatedly outperforms expectations\, and cultivated a wealth of client and industry relationships on the buying\, planning and client level. Her passion for music & entertainment propelled her toward her path to become an expert in developing innovative & lucrative partnerships between artists\, live entertainment and corporate sponsors. These partnerships have resulted in generating millions in non-traditional sponsorship revenue for her company and huge ROI for her clients. Graduated with a BA degree in Communications from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Jamie currently sits on the Board of Musicians at Play and is Founder & Board Chair of The Black Media Collective.\n\n\n\n\nRandall Williams: Fine Artist\, Randall Williams Art\n\nRandall has been working as an artist in Los Angeles since 1980\, since leaving Western Illinois University with his Bachelor of Arts degree.\nHis objective is to use his art skills as a skeleton key to achieve his goals in life.\nAs an artist\, Randall is fluent in all types of fine art media including illustration\, design\, stained glass\, framing\, murals and chalk. He has created many murals throughout the Los Angeles area and has been involved in many Italian Street style paintings and sidewalk chalk demonstrations.\nRandall has also been teaching art in school of all grades in Burbank and throughout the surrounding areas\, is a teacher at the Burbank Adult School and has spent twelve years developing an art program for senior living facilities and has also successfully updated a successful art program for seniors during quarantine.\n\n\n\n\nCheryl L. Bedford: Producer/Educator/Activist/Founder of Women of Color Unite\n\nA NAACP Image Award Nominee for “Dark Girls” and Baltimore native\, holds a BFA from NYU’s TSOA and MFA in Producing from AFI. She is currently based in Los Angeles\, CA. As a Production Manager\, Line Producer\, and Producer\, Cheryl has worked on countless film/tv/digital projects\, including 17 Independent Features. Ms. Bedford served as CFO and Supervising Producer for a boutique studio. She was formerly Chair of Diversity Development and a Producing Instructor at New York Film Academy in Los Angeles\, California. As Chair\, Ms. Bedford developed the Diversity Series\, the Industry Lab (creating a bridge from school to work)\, among other initiatives. She has also taught The Art of Line Producing at UCLA Extension in Westwood\, CA. Ms. Bedford formed her own company\, Cheryl L. Bedford Productions\, in January of 2001. In her spare time\, she judges film festivals.\nMore recently\, Ms. Bedford founded Women of Color Unite\, a 501(c)(3)\, which purpose is to help WOC get Hired\, their projects Funded and their content Distributed. From the members of WOCU\, Cheryl created The JTC List. The JTC List is a database of 3000 Women of Color in Entertainment\, which is being shared throughout the Industry.
