The City of Burbank Park, Recreation, and Community Services Division manages Burbank’s Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (Burbank RSVP). RSVP operates Joslyn Adult Center, an adult services center for people who are 55 and older. Joslyn is a place for adults to be active in the community and receive support from other adults 55+ and professionals. Joslyn organizes day trips, senior activities, social events, and volunteer opportunities to keep Burbank senior citizens active and involved in the community.
